Planning of The Pipeline
The first task is to identify business problems or opportunities by deeply analysing a business and uncovering potential. A brief idea of the solution is also identified through discussing and taking feedback from the client team.
The feasibility of the proposed solution is analyzed. The required data to build the solution is then identified and gathered accordingly. With the feasibility study and a quick understanding of the data and its structure, the deliverables are finalized and confirmed by the client.
Create a pipeline to build the solution. Segment the solution into modules. Draw out a timeline and milestone for building a POC and/ or the final solution.
Deployment & Delivery
Development Phase
After getting the desired result from the models or the system, the developed system is delivered and deployed on the client’s or our infrastructure depending upon the requirement. The solution could also be integrated into an existing architecture or system if required.
